Ms. Sabine Rafie Nader is the Head of the Department of Orthopedagogy (Special Education) at the Institut Libanais d’Éducateurs (ILE), overseeing its three branches in Beirut, Tripoli, and Saida. She teaches courses on special education interventions and prepares future orthopedagogues to work with learners with diverse needs, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, sensory impairments, behavioral disorders, and autism. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she provides training on inclusive education and serves as a consultant for the Inclusive University training program at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ). She holds a PhD in Educational Sciences with a specialization in Special Education, and her published research highlights the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration.
