This two-day workshop offers a practical, compassionate and values-based approach to addressing severe problem behavior. Participants will explore the latest applications of Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), and will be introduced to the Universal Protocol, with a focus on increasing safety, dignity and joy for clients and staff.

Dr. Fiani has more than 10 years of experience applying behavioral principles to improve socially significant behaviors among children with developmental disabilities. Her work focuses on practical functional assessment, skill-based treatment and social-communication skills. She teaches FTF’s live PFA-SBT courses and has delivered workshops internationally, including across the Middle East.
